Privacy and data
This site has one form and no database. Below is exactly what happens to the data you leave in it, under the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

Data controller

What we collect
From the form: your name, email address, an optional budget range, and the message itself. Separately, the server briefly holds your IP address — only to cap how many submissions come from one address and to filter out bots. We run no analytics and set no tracking cookies. The site does store one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language — it does not identify you and is shared with no one.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the form data to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote — the basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering a contract. The IP address is processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest of protecting the form from abuse.
Who receives the data
The form's message reaches our inbox through Resend, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area, under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell the data or share it with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
An inquiry exists only as an email — there is no database receiving a parallel copy. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it. IP addresses used for rate limiting are dropped from server memory 10 minutes after the last submission and never reach disk.
Data verification and choice
Giving your data is voluntary, but without an email address we have no way to reply. The form checks your entries in the browser and then again on the server — only submissions with a name, a valid email format, and a message are accepted. We do not verify whether the details you give are genuine. No profiling and no automated decision-making takes place.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase, or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Writing to the address above is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
